MAKER-RAY introduced the company's situation and future strategic planning in detail, and fully demonstrated MAKER-RAY's investment and growth in product technology innovation and overseas market expansion. During the visit, overseas partners further understood the brand strength of MAKER-RAY and believed more firmly in the future market potential.
With the rapid development of the electronics manufacturing industry, MAKER-RAY has always insisted on technology-driven innovation, helping customers with the most useful AOI, and making industrial inspection simpler. To this end, the pace of innovation of MAKER-RAY products and technologies has never stopped. At this overseas agent conference, MAKER-RAY shared the development trends of industries such as THT and SMT and changes in customer needs around the entire process of PCBA detection, helping overseas partners to gain insight into the market and seize business opportunities.
MAKER-RAY has been exploring AI technology since 2012. The optical inspection equipment (AOI) currently provided has deeply applied AI deep learning algorithms. Compared with traditional AOI, programming is simpler, detection capabilities are stronger, and detection effects are more stable, thereby effectively improving production efficiency, reducing production costs, and greatly improving product quality.
At the meeting, MAKER-RAY shared the development history of industrial optical inspection and demonstrated the disruptive changes brought about by AI deep learning algorithms to the field of industrial optical inspection.
In addition, MAKER-RAY's exploration results in multimodality & large models and industrial inspection were also demonstrated. Using multimodality large models, AOI can quickly identify more complex scenes, thereby improving the performance and generalization ability of the detection model. For example, in the detection scenes of extra parts on a whole board and solder balls on a whole board, it has stronger anti-interference and detection capabilities.
In the future, the accumulated underlying data will be continuously applied, and the logical reasoning and thinking ability of the large model will enable AOI to achieve autonomous learning. In actual detection scenarios, only a small amount of data needs to be fine-tuned to enable AOI to gain excellent capabilities.
At this conference, MAKER-RAY also officially demonstrated the new second-generation 3D AOI-AIS431B-HW to overseas parters. MAKER-RAY's new second-generation 3D AOI uses side multi-camera panoramic 3D imaging and integrates AI deep learning algorithms. The 3D imaging is more realistic and stable, meeting higher-precision 3D detection scenarios.
After an in-depth experience in the exhibition hall, it is even more affirmed that "the new 3D AOI is a breakthrough in traditional 3D AOI, solving the difficulties in SMT optical detection scenarios, such as side defects, high and low device imaging, and detection rhythm, and meeting more flexible detection demand scenarios."
